End of the school year...

Another school year bites the dust!  I have to say I was pretty glad the last day finally came.  The entire last month was a blur.  From the last week of April to the end of May.  Claire was in the hospital with a TERRIBLE rash.  Turned out to be hives.  Want to know the kicker....the day before they admitted her we had a celebratory dinner of paying off ALL our medical bills that had piled up since the twins were born, I hurt my knee etc.  For the first time in 27 months we had no medical bills.  Well, that last 12 hours!

The last week of school Laney and her cousins, Maddey and Abbey had their dance recital.  Laney was a page at the beginning of Sleeping Beauty.  She did a great job with her tap dance.  Here she is with her man, Alex.

Random update

So, it has been a REALLY long time and I'm not sure our family even reads this blog anymore!  With facebook updates it is just easier to see our going ons there!

The twins are almost 2 and an absolute joy and handful all in one.  They keep us on our toes and test our patience daily.  I cannot fathom what the terrible twos will be like!   Claire prefers to take her clothes off and re dress herself in some interesting outfits.  Here she opted for a jammie top and her sister's snow boots.  It is the latest fashion trend!

So, apparently I have added to their therapy costs by attempting to get them to see Santa.  What a mean mom!

Conman is an absolute doll.  He is (most of the time) the most easy going, laid back little guy.  He adores his sisters even when they leave him out.  Give him some Diego to watch and he is a happy guy!  

Laney has grown up so much!  She is a little learning sponge.  I have absolutely loved her preschool this year.  She has learned so much and is so interested in learning to read and write.  For Christmas she wanted "chapter books" so she got a set of JunieB.Jones books.  I was so surprised how she would remember and follow the story from night to night.  She is so excited to go to Kindergarten in the fall!

Long time no post! We've been busy busy busy! We celebrated Avery's birthday in Omaha. She drove in circles around the yard. This could be scary in another 13 years!!The twins are now 8 months old. They are crawling all over. Teeth have to be coming soon!
An annual trip to the pumpkin patch. They were getting very tired and ready for a nap!

4th of July

I attempted some pictures in 4th of July outfits. It is impossible to get them in a picture together. Recently a photographer that is suppose to be really good and takes awesome pictures didn't get a picture of the twins that I would want to purchase.

Connor. The little wagon in these pictures is my little red wagon for when I was a little girl. It is quite rusted out but I love it!

Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all the awesome Dads. Jeff is a great Daddy to our 3 kids. It gets very stressful and crazy since the twins were born and he handles it so well. We went to Qdoba, Laney and Jeff's favorite place for his Father' s Day dinner.

Carrying the twins around is a workout! My back hurts the next day after I carry them around, but it is easier than 2 trips!
Our last activity before bath time was a walk. Jeff has them all here! Kids and dog. Laney had this great idea to go on a walk then decided to drive her car. Where is the exercise in this?
