Splish Splash Maddey's Bday Bash!

I got to go to my very first birthday party on Saturday. This is my cousin Maddey. We celebrated her half birthday (her birthday is at Christmas so she's never had a birthday party). It was my first party and Maddey's first birthday party! Here is Maddey splashing in the pool!

I can't catch very well yet so I couldn't play the water balloon toss either. Look at Maddey catch the balloon Katie through to her. Good job Maddey! Can you tell she's been practicing catching for softball?
Whew! What a party! I needed a nap after all that. That night Mom and Dad took me to my first baseball game. When we came home we discovered Bailey is still living in our tree. We found that Bailey has 5 little raccoons too. Dad isn't so happy to have 6 raccoons living in the backyard!

Alex's Sleepover

Last night was my cousin Alex's turn for his sleepover. I went to my Grandma and Grandpa Chmelka's house while Mom and Dad took Alex to the new Pixar movie WALL E. After the movie Alex got to pick where he wanted to eat supper. He picked McDonald so we went there.

After supper Alex and I played for a little while. He likes to play with me.

Mom and Dad took Alex to rent a Cars video game. Here are mom and Alex playing the game.

Vacation

I had my first visit to Grandma and Grandpa's all by myself for 4 nights and 5 days! I had so much fun. My mom and dad went to Las Vegas for a vacation. Here I am at Grandma and Grandpa Vogel's on Grandpa's deck. I don't think that bumbo is suppose to be on the table!

Here is my nice comfortable bed. I sure like to cuddle up with my blankie. I slept so good. Mommy was very proud of me.
Here I am playing with my O-ball. I'm kinda talented...I can put my fingers and my toes in it! Grandma missed it but I had my other foot in my hand at the same time I was playing with the ball with my other hand and foot.
These are all my Great Aunts. Grandma and I went to lunch with them. I'm sitting on Eleanor's lap. I had quite to conversation with her. I had a lot to tell her and she talked my baby language! That is Aunt Carolyn in the white (Mom says her name is Auntie Em so I'm not sure what to call her). Aunt Sharon is in the yellow.
Here I am charming Grandpa. I sure love my Grandpas! Mommy and Daddy were in Las Vegas while I was at Grandma and Grandpa's. Here is my dad with one of his favorite singers.
Daddy's favorite place was Margaritaville. Here he is hanging out there.

Playing with Zoe

I love my puppy Zoe. Anytime I see her I shout and giggle at her. I try to get her attention all the time even though she ignores me sometimes. I like to grab her fur. She tries to kiss me when I do that!I like to lay on the floor and play with her.

Sometimes Daddy plays with us too.

I really want to crawl and catch Zoe when she gets away from me!

Zoe loves Mom's slipper and we had a tug of war contest over it. Zoe won! That's ok. I was a good sport about it and giggled.

Just another day!

It is just another day at my house. Wake up, see this little creature, go to Grandma Carole and Grandpa Dave's, walk Zoe and take a nap.

This is Bailey the raccoon. Bailey lives in the tree in our backyard. Mom and Dad don't know how to get rid of big Bailey. I think Bailey's kinda cute.Here I am where I like to be, on my tummy! I can scoot around.

Father's Day Weekend

This weekend we went to Auburn for Grandma Vogel's retirement party and Father's Day. Here is Grandpa with all his Grandkids.

More Playing in the Park

I loved going down the slide. Mommy had to help me. I giggled and laughed and screamed each time.
I didn't know playing in the park was so much fun. I'm glad we live so close to the park!
This morning I had a play date with some of Mommy's friends that she teaches with. We went to the wading pool. I really liked kicking my feet in the water and standing in the water.

Brr! That water is cold!

Here I am all dressed and ready to go to Grandma and Grandpa Vogel's in Auburn.

I watched Elmo while I was waiting on Mom and Dad to get packed and ready to go. Have I told you how much I love Elmo?

In the Park

Today I got to go to the park with my King cousins. My favorite part was the swings.

My First Sleepover

I got to have my very first sleepover with all my girl cousins. Amaya was here from Chicago and Abbey & Maddey are always here! The girls had personal pan pizzas for supper. I got my gourmet meal of cereal and formula. I had a lot of fun talking to everyone while they ate. As we were finishing supper the tornado sirens went off. So off to the basement Mom, Dad, Abbey, Maddey, Amaya, Zoe and I went. Wow! My second tornado sirens! We rented Alvin and the Chipmunks to watch so we popped that in the DVD player, mom popped some popcorn and we watched the movies. We watched them in the basement because with the severe weather Dad thought that would be best. Mom got air mattresses out and the girls got their sleeping bags laid out for the night. We were lucky that the tonadoes went past us. However, the storm that came through caused rain to pour into the basement. When Daddy went down to shower he stepped in lots of water. When the girls woke up we found water was all over in the basement. So, I went to Grandma Carole's while Mom, Dad and Grandpa Dave worked on the water problem.I love hanging out with my favorite cousins. (Alex gets his sleepover another time!) I have to say I kinda like this sleepover stuff.

4 month shots

Today I had to go see the doctor for my four month checkup and shots. It was quite a traumatic day! My cousin Maddey came to keep me happy. I was in the 97% for height (27 1/2 inches) and 75% for weight (14.15 lbs)! I'm a good healthy girl Dr. Chad said! Here I am coming home from the doctor. I only cried when I rolled off the table and Mommy and Maddey had to catch me and when they gave me those 3 shots. Maddey sure helped cheer me up with her silly songs and faces! Check out my new sunglasses. Alex picked them out for me when they were on vacation. Don't I look cool?

Hangin' at Uncle JJ's

My cousin Amaya is here from Chicago. I went out to Uncle JJ's to hang out with her. She is really good at making me giggle.Aren't we cute?

Aunt Mookie was there too. I had fun talking to her.
